DISCOUNTS: for whole weeks only - maximum discount 15%. 5% for returning guests, 5% continuous or subsequent weeks AND excluding weeks marked * £30** where all in party are over 55: 5% for low occupancy
RESERVATIONS: On payment of 50% deposit. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. All subject to our usual conditions. Specifically requested apartments are highly likely, but cannot be guaranteed. If we need to change it we will match as closely as possible. Most credit cards accepted at 2% charge. Cheques payable to 'Optimum Holiday Homes'.
